JD is guarding her egg which sits inside a wire pod.

She is created from a re-purposed plastic bag and has a spiral binding backbone. JD is stitched by hand and sewing machine using a variety of threads. Her egg is stitched from cotton, wastage from our sewing classes.

JD’s pod hangs from a hook.

Approximate dimensions: 60 cm tall x 32 cm diameter. Hanging chain is an additional 43 cm long.
